I’ve been dreaming a lot about what my future home will be like. This is a mood board of all the various components: wood and stone, a roaring fireplace, sleeping kitties, windowsills decked with plants, a garden, black walls and more… It’s my ideal.

I am right there with you!! and when i saw the pic of my windowsill i thought “hey, i have that same glass canning jar”. dur. this is a great idea alison. i have a gabillion interior inspiration pics on my computer. i want to try to put a little compilation like this together.

lovely! this home would feel like a retreat! ..love that first image of a house. sooo beautiful! ..about 2 years ago my mom and i went driving around new-to-us parts of our town (which is quite old in certain areas) and we found a house that reminds me of that one! it was so unexpected and looks like it should be in the french countryside or something. we were both so excited and took photos haha. anyway, i’d love to be able to have a house like that someday!
