Oh! I love the glove turban, totally forgot about that. Dolce and Gabbana(a couple seasons back) must have been watching Beetlejuice for inspiration I can’t wait until my kids will be old enough to watch that, it’s a gem.

oh i loved this movie! i was lydia for halloween one year!

for the costume, i borrowed a lot from my mom(trendsetter as always) who had some really great clothing that in retrospect, must have been really good “rich woman in the ’80s” knock-offs!

have you even seen that movie new age with judy davis? it’s about a couple that opens a ridiculously trendy boutique in LA in the early ’90s. so over the top and amazing.

I’ve been thinking about this movie a lot the past few weeks and keep meaning to re-watch it. I used to watch it over and over when I was a kid. Now I definitely need to rent it!
