I found they needed almost half an hour, but my oven is wonk-tastic and the pan wasn’t the right size. You know how people say baking is a science? Turns out science is hard. Delicious and hella easy brownies, though.

I actually did 400, because my oven doesn’t show 390. Works like a charm!

Are they not the best?? I highly recommend sea salt scattered on top, or with walnuts…the possibilities are kind of endless, maybe a raspberry jam swirl or something. I haven’t made them in a couple months, I might have to bring some on Friday to the bar!
