We actually got the same blanket as a wedding present and love it, it certainly does create quite the black hole of a bed. Our beagle Finlay looks pretty fancy onit too. I can't keep him off it if I tried, but it's pretty tough for a blanket and is holding up to his occasional digging-spinning-in-circles bedtime routine. That looks cozy! I was a little worried at first, but I think they'll just get fur on it, at worst. I was so hooked on this design...couldn't get it out of my head for months!
