ha, my husband went to school in Humboldt, and I constantly tell him he’s a hippie. (He isn’t. But Vermonters look like this too.)

Fantastic!! I can insert the face of at least 10 women/friends from college into this picture! Cornell College didn’t have ‘hippies’ from California but instead had ‘granolas’ from Colorado. This new-to-me lifestyle was my first introduction to a lot of things including veganism and vegetarianism… as you know, being a kid from Iowa, we ate meat and potatoes as our first solids

Stink lines! I own porcupine quill earrings, dammit! However, they are Erica Weiner which no true hippie can afford so I guess I am safe. (Pushes 3 pairs of Birk sandals to back of closet)
