		<description>smörgåstårta is often times not that complicated. you can use alternating layers of mayonaise + fresh lemon juice &amp; dill mixed with a bit of sourcream/unsweetened whip cream, and cream cheese, and then fillings of deli meat, shrimp, caviar, or tofu on a bread that will soak up all the flavors. you can go for a fishy or savory vibe depending on your mood. the trick is to cover your cake with thin layer of mayonaise and plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge over night.
